Urban Room Workshop with CultureHouse

Wednesday, January 31, 4:00-5:00pm

Worcester Historical Museum (30 Elm Street)

(RSVP HERE)

Come to a free workshop by CultureHouse, creators of a dozen community pop-up spaces, as they share lessons from their process.

As part of MassDevelopment's Transformative Development Intiative in the Pleasant Street neighborhood, we're creating an Urban Room, which will function like a collaborative community space. This workshop, run by veteran community-activators CultureHouse, will showcase their five-part process, and help us answer key questions of early Urban Room development:

  • How do we engage the community?

  • How do we design the space?

  • How do we create programing for all?

This workshop is free and will be held in the auditorium of the Worcester Historical Museum. This event is being co-sponsored by The Future of Small Cities Institute and MassDevelopment's TDI.

Light refreshments will be served. Please RSVP at the link below.
