WISE meet-up at FOCUS Lab
The inaugural meeting for WISE (Women in Sustainability and Energy) took place in the Lab on 1/30.
WISE is a networking group for women-identifying folks in the fields of energy and sustainability. TAP, Inc., functioning as one of eight Capital Region organizations involved in the newly announced NYSERDA Clean Energy Hubs, is spearheading this group as part of the hub's initiatives. WISE’s mission is to offer mentorship opportunities, provide community + connection and serve as an incubator for issues specific to our area, like childcare and other wraparound service needs.
