The 3rd Annual FoSCI Winter Dialogue took place on March 9 at the FOCUS Lab. David Dixon, Urbanist Extraordinaire, delivered the talk “Main & Main: At the Corner of Opportunity & Imperative” and wowed the crowd with his expansive knowledge and experience in a myriad of cities. In our following conversation, we talked about everything from talent retention, density benchmarks, integrating affordable housing, accessory dwelling units, the future of retail, to migration and housing patterns, and much more.
